Online and in-person counselling available

You might be feeling…

  • You know what needs to be done, but find it hard to start or follow through
  • You feel overwhelmed, mentally drained, or constantly behind
  • You’re struggling with focus, motivation, or staying organised
  • Work, studies, or daily responsibilities feel harder than they should
  • You’re dealing with relationship stress, conflict, or feeling misunderstood
  • You feel stuck, lost, or unsure how to move forward

You do not need a diagnosis or a clear answer to start. Many people seek counselling in Singapore simply to make sense of what they are going through and find a way forward.

How I work…

I provide counselling in Singapore using a collaborative and practical approach, recognising that emotional wellbeing, daily functioning, and relationships are closely connected.

Our sessions focus on understanding what is contributing to how you’re feeling, while also working on practical ways to manage day-to-day challenges. This may include coping with stress and burnout, improving focus and motivation, or navigating relationship difficulties.

Some clients come in looking for strategies, while others need space to process thoughts and experiences. Most benefit from a combination of both.

Sessions are paced, respectful, and tailored to your needs. There is no need to fit into a label. We focus on what is most helpful for you.
